Mushroom Foraging

We are blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the country, remote, far from pollution and surrounded by amazing countryside. North Yorkshire Moors National Park, Ancient Woods such as Raincliffe and Forge valley are on our doorstep and this is where many of the Medicinal Mushrooms we use in our tinctures are carefully and responsibly harvested, these include - Artists Bracket, Birch Polypore, Ice Man Polypore and Turkey Tail.

Gathering Botanicals on Ancient Land

Botanicals we use in the Dandelion Root, Yarrow and Fennel Tinctures all come from Rachel Russell's Biodynamic No-Dig Organic Market Garden, located near the ancient Mesolithic settlement of Star Carr which dates back 12,000 years, a truly magical and wondrous land.

Our biodynamic master teacher is the amazing Hans-Gunther Kern who studied at Emerson College and teaches through his Wholistic Living University.

The Hawthorn Berry, Pine Pollen and Pine Needle we wild harvest from our surrounding area. We are blessed to live in such a remote part of England, which allows us to make such a deep connection with nature. Far away from both modern day and EMF pollution, hustle and bustle, smog, motorways and cities.

We take great care in searching for the Hawthorn Berry away from farmland that may be sprayed with poisons such as glyphosate. To that end we found some perfect locations at high elevation above the North Sea beaches in the Ravenscar area.

Structured Water

We use structured spring water in our dual extraction tincture. We believe in the power of structured spring water, characterized by it's unique hexagonal molecular arrangement, the vortexing process used to create structured water infuses the water with beneficial energy, which can recharge the body and promote overall well-being.
